Cancellation & Refund Policy
All the products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices are subject to change over time as per supply of seasonal products, operational expenses or change in government policy or regulations. Customer will be charged as per prices mentioned on the date of placing the order. Any grievance should be highlighted to Meghsons in writting within 48 hours of placing the order.
For order cancellation, a customer can cancel the order up to the cut off time specified or before shipment dispatch whichever is earlier, by calling the customer care. In such event, Meghsons will refund payments made by the customer less the processing fees and/ or handling charges incurred during the course of the refund.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
Once you request the cancellation, it will take us at least 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email. However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.
In case Meghsons find the order undeliverable due to insufficient or incorrect information or due to unforeseen operational or regulatory challenges, the order will stand cancelled and notification would be sent to the customer.
Meghsons holds the right to cancel any fraudulent transaction or any transactions that violates the terms and condition at own discretion without any reason or prior intimation to the customer. All such customers or transaction will be Red flagged and may result in cancellation of customer registration, blocks, regulatory reporting and legal action as deemed necessary by Meghsons.
Return & Refund Policy:
At Meghson, we value your every purchase with us and strive to provide you a hassle-free shopping experience. In rare event, when you are not satisfied with the order receipt please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Our Returns policy may vary slightly depending on the product.
Damaged or not-as-described state: Customer can initiate a return request upon receipt of an item in a damaged or not-as-described state.
Quality of Goods: Meghsons holds responsibility for the quality of goods provided to its customers. If there is a concern over the quality of goods provided, customer must immediately notify the customer care within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.
In any other issues, the return will be addressed on case-by-case basis.
Note: It is important that customer ensures that the product is in unused and in original condition. Return of goods should include everything from the package received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
We try our best to offer you a hassle-free returns experience. Once a replacement request is created, Meghsons will notify you with the pickup process as well as provide details about the replacement.
Returns of damaged or not-as-described item including all replacements/pickups will be done free of cost for the customer. In case of refund for such cases, the entire amount paid by you including shipping and gift wrapping charges are transferred to your account.
The returns related to Quality of Goods will be addressed on case-by-case basis and will be subject to investigation.
We strive to ease the pickup process for you in case of returns. The replacement may be delivered which we arrange for pick up or they may be shipped once the goods are received from our courier partner.
In the rare scenario where a pickup cannot be done in certain areas, you can ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt. You are required to note down the courier tracking ID for any future reference.
Replacement is subject to availability of stock. In case a replacement is not available, Meghsons will refund the amount paid for the product.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns.
Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
Product is damaged due to improper storage, inappropriate use or delayed customer pick up.
Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing as well as any freebies.
Any consumable item that has been already used.
Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account wrong name or address or any other wrong information provided by customer, any extra cost incurred by Meghsons for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
It is assumed all information provided by you are authentic and true, Meghsons holds the right to investigate, validate and cancel any fraudulent transaction or any transactions that violates the terms and condition at own discretion without any reason or prior intimation to the customer. All such customers or transaction will be Red flagged and may result in cancellation of customer registration, blocks, regulatory reporting and legal action as deemed necessary by Meghsons
Customer access to the product and services available on this Site and transacting at sole risk and using the best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site.
